In South Korea, most Samsung devices do not support eSIMs, except for the Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, Z Flip4, and Z Fold4.
For Samsung Galaxy S21 series devices (excluding FE models) from Canada and the USA, eSIM capability may be available with the installation of the One UI 4 update. We recommend contacting your carrier or device manufacturer to verify if your Samsung device supports eSIM functionality.

For Window10: To utilize an eSIM on your PC, it is required to have Windows 10 version 1703 or latest. Additionally, your device should be LTE-ready.
For Surface: If your device is locked to AT&T, it will not support eSIM functionality. In the case of the Surface Duo, if you acquired the device through a different carrier, it is possible that the carrier has deactivated eSIM capability. Please contact the carrier to verify this information.
